  We do small things with great love.                   - St. Mother Teresa  Today first session was taken by George  Thomas sir. Sir explained about how to prepare health chart. Also deals with BMI, waist hip,heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol etc. In our optional class we discussed seminar topics. Bijisha, Ancy, Sandra, Silpa and Nasheeda presented their topics. Afternoon session was taken by our principal Dr.K Y Benedict sir.Sir shared a lot of things with us. A few children shared where our study stands. The arrangements were very nice. Their association name  Aliferos was revealed by the principal. Principal sir gave a good message. In the meantime important people associated with the NAAC made mock visit. First session was taken by our Shiny Ma'am.
